This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for subscriptions and digital services purchased through the Mayatna platform ("Platform").
1. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their premium subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our customer support.
Upon cancellation:
- Your premium subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further subscription charges will be applied after the current subscription period expires.
- Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for the remaining portion of the current subscription period.
2. Refund Policy
As Mayatna provides digital content and subscription-based services, all successful subscription purchases are generally non-refundable once premium access has been activated.
Refund requests will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Partial usage of the subscription
- Dissatisfaction with available content
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
- Incompatibility with unsupported devices
- Internet connectivity or network-related issues beyond our control
3. Billing Errors
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payments
- Incorrect billing due to a technical error
- Multiple charges for the same subscription
- Payment successfully deducted but premium access was not provided due to a verified system issue
Users must report such issues by contacting our customer support as soon as reasonably possible, along with the relevant transaction details.
After verification, if the claim is found to be valid, Mayatna Studios may approve a full or partial refund at its sole discretion.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed within 2–7 business days. The credited amount may take additional time to appear in the user's original payment method depending on the policies of the respective bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
5. Third-Party Payment Gateways
All subscription payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. Mayatna Studios does not store users' debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, net banking credentials, or other sensitive payment information.
